Norton gets taken out frequently so new owner must be committed/able or he must have access to go potty on his own when needed. Also, just because a dog is CURRENTLY potty trained, that does not mean that they will not have accidents in a new home / environment. Please keep that in mind when you inquire about potty training a RESCUE/SENIOR dog).
